Mathilde was my final project for my BA (Hons) Film and Screen Media course. After taking 2 years out of University I decided it was time for me to return to receive my degree. On this project, I was the assistant producer and the on-set sound recordist.
Mathilde was a collaborative project produced by a crew of 5 young filmmakers which was to be completed for our Major Project Module at University.
Pre-production for Mathilde began in September 2021 with production and filming beginning in April 2022. The first day of principal photography took place on the 12th April and ended on the 27th April spanning a total of 9 days. The film was completed and left post-production on the 25th May.
